Tips: 3 important points for solar water pump installation
- The DC controller must match with the recommended solar water pump. Don’t use the controller for other solar water pumps.
- For the perfect performance and long-life working, the controller should be kept away from strike, shake, sunshine, salt mist, oil mist and etc.
- Because of the power loss of cable, try to use the shortest cable when installing a solar water pump. While using longer cable, don’t use single-wire to connect solar water pump and DC controller. For example, while the cable length between controller and 12V solar water pump is shorter than 30m, the cable size should be at least 2mm2. While over 30m, the cable size should be at least 4mm2.
